Bike ride in the rain16km in 38mins in the pouring rain around the park last night. this morning my shoes are still wet. gained some weight early in the week due, I suspect, to yam fries at Marmalade on Tues. So back up to 200. hoping that a business trip next week doesn't degenerate into a crap food feeding frenzy.
